THE TRAMS OF MELBOURNE
With an extensive network of trains, buses
and trams Melbourne has one of the world's best public transportation
systems. The trams are unique. The traditional colors for the trams
are green and gold. Increasingly, the trams are being used as moving
billboards, advertising a range of products from wine to electricity. A
new modern design has recently been introduced on an experimental basis.
Somehow it doesn't seem to quite fit in.
